Here's the little secret (not so anymore) I count calories using a calorie counter app. Got really good at guesstimating food calories. Plus, being great at juggling between satisfying my taste buds & staying on track with macronutrients

With that being said, food selection is very much dictated by cravings, price & macronutrients fulfillment. Tonight before dinner, there's still 680kcal allowance with protein intake still lacking very much behind. So Chicken Tom Yam & Grilled Chicken 🍗 lah.. & still got calorie allowance?
